1. Service-Based Refunds

As our services involve strategic planning, content creation, backlink building, and campaign execution, refunds are generally not offered once a project or campaign has begun. Our work involves time, tools, and resources that are non-recoverable.

No refunds will be issued for:

• 🚫 Completed work or partial deliverables
• 🚫 Missed deadlines caused by client delays or lack of communication

2. Custom Packages & One-Time Services

Custom packages (e.g., personalized SEO strategies, one-time backlink campaigns, or content writing) are non-refundable once approved and executed. We ensure full transparency before beginning any service to ensure you’re confident in the scope and pricing.

3. Monthly Subscriptions & Retainers

Monthly SEO retainers or subscription services can be canceled anytime with written notice. However, no refunds will be issued for the current or previous billing cycle. Services will continue until the end of the billing period.

4. Non-Delivery of Service

If, due to unforeseen circumstances, we are unable to start your project within 15 business days of payment and have not communicated a timeline, a full refund may be requested.

5. Quality Concerns

If you are not satisfied with the quality of deliverables, we encourage you to contact our support team. We offer reasonable revisions to address concerns before considering any escalation.

6. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without giving us an opportunity to resolve the issue is considered a breach of contract. If you have any concerns, please contact us first. We’re here to help.
